They want to own the extra hour of your life it takes to get to the office and sit at a computer. They want you to go most of the day, and therefore most of your life, without seeing your family. They want you to work 10 hour days instead of 8, even if you're only being productive for 4 of them. They want total control of your life, and it was easy when boomers were the majority of the workforce because boomers had kids and a mortgage, they couldn't rock the boat. They needed the job.Zoomers are refusing to be owned and this makes corporations extremely nervous about the future of the system they've been dependent on for so long. That's why they call zoomers useless and pathetic for working part time jobs, they're seething with rage that they're losing control.I'm a wageslave and often hear managers bitching about how "people don't want to work". What they actually mean is "young people don't see a point to eating shit and slaving their youth away if they'll never have anything to show for it, I miss when I could verbally abuse someone and they'd just take it like a good goy".
