It's a scam done in Australia too. There weren't enough day care facilities so the government launched a do it yourself day care system where your own home can become a day care faculty. So all of these mothers started their own day care businesses. Yeah well the kids dont have identification.

They did fuck up by not finding a control. Locate a couple of real daycares to highlight how the staff react. They might say “sorry unless you’re a parent we can’t let you in” or “enrollment can be done online” or something. I would think a daycare center would still have a front desk of some sort and not block you from coming in at all.But yeah when you’re asking to enroll and their response is “why?” it seems like they’re very used to not actually doing anything.
