I don't doubt this is the chinese wet dream, but wouldn't it be a logistical nightmare? Suddenly your territory increases threefold but your armed forces and defenses haven't actually gone up, so you have to spread them thin to properly hold them, which kinda hurts your repression machine. Whatever extra manpower you get from the demoralized and depleted russian military won't help much here either.
