>Eating lots of processed meat, such as salami or ham, is tied to increased risks for heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and premature death. Now a Harvard study published Feb. 11, 2025, in Neurology links processed red meat consumption to dementia. The study involved more than 133,000 people who regularly reported their health and diet information for more than four decades. Participants also periodically took cognition tests and reported how often they noticed memory problems. Compared with people who said they ate the least amount of processed red meat (the equivalent of a tenth of a serving per day), those who reported eating the equivalent of a quarter-serving or more per day (such as a couple of slices of bacon) had a 13% higher risk of developing dementia later in life, and a 14% higher risk of experiencing cognitive decline. For every extra serving per day of processed meat, there was an increase of 1.6 years in the speed of cognitive aging. For unprocessed red meat (like steak or lamb), people who ate the equivalent of a daily serving (3 ounces, about the size of a deck of cards) also had a higher risk of subjective (self-observed) cognitive decline, compared to those who ate the equivalent of less than half a serving daily. The study was observational and can't prove causation. However, the connection is plausible, since red meat is rich in saturated fat, and processed meats are loaded with harmful chemicals; both promote brain cell damage. The good news: replacing one daily serving of processed red meat with nuts or legumes lowered dementia risk by 19%.

Modern USA:

> meat is bad
> shrink pills - still waiting on data
> sugar in everything - still waiting on data
> vaccines you don't need - still waiting on data
> poisoned water supplies in hundreds of cities - still waiting on data

wow glad we're tackling the real issues here

typical anthropocentric midwittery, humans and farm animals exist in a symbiosis, it could be said with just as much certainty that the animals farm the farmers because it ensures their survival and reproduction

these same kikes say that half an egg is your daily maximum of cholesterol, or even that eating cholesterol has a major effect on your overall levels (it doesn't, because your body synthesizes the VAST majority of your cholesterol).

(((food scientists))) are fucking retards. they were also paid off by kellogs and general mills to make the fake food pyramid to force people to associate bread and corn with health. american style breads and corn and other sneed oils are the reason americans die at such an alarming rate of cardiovascular issues. then they started spraying safe and effective glyphosate on all the crops in 2006 and wow now people have gluten intolerance and celiac disease (which is caused by glyphosate exposure).
