I always hated fat people, but being an icu nurse really made the hate visceral. I don't hardly weigh enough even standing on the bed over them to effectively compress the five inches your supposed to go, and then you feel a rib break and it's just nauseating feeling the way the bone rubs against itself while basically jumping up and down on them and they fucking shit themself and it gets on your shoes. I still remember the rolling waves like a water bed. Not like with ascites because fat isn't squishy like you'd think, it's actually pretty firm, like a dense gelatin. And their skin gets fucked from abusing insulin constantly. One time I bent an insulin needle trying to give a shot because they're were all star tissue, whole belly, arms, even hips. Insulin should be banned for dmii patients. Only for dmi and gestational diabetics. They are always rude, smell bad, stupid, and disobedient/noncompliant.
