America. Meanwhile, Russia should reject Trump's peace plan and increase strikes on Ukraine to put more pressure on NATO. Once US is balls deep in S. America and NATO is panicking in Europe because the peace plan was scrapped, China should then begin their blockade in Taiwan, start intercepting cargo ships, taking the chips. Russia and China and S. America keep putting on the pressure, meanwhile have the guerilla groups in Africa start activating and hitting the US mines and oil operations.
