When we opened our doors to mass immigration from the third world our fertility rate was 3 births per woman. The birthrate hovered around replacement level until 2008, when it finally plunged. Black and Asian birthrates in America are now lower than White birthrates, and Hispanic birthrates are well on their way. Brazil and Mexico's TFRs are now almost lower than America's. Even if our birthrates are low, I would take population decline over racial replacement.
