One way to create a good society would be to concentrate on quality of existing human capital, it is not impossible to function well with just around 3 million people or around 1 million young people, but it is difficult to keep them and expect to exert influence. We are in a bad spot regarding language, Serbs have no expertise with general technology, its literally on fringes of society. Terms arent understood by majority of population to create anything meaningful, thats why you dont have anymore Teslas, Pupin, Milankovic etc. Serbia has basically no healthy entertainment industry, tech industry, fashion industry, scientific community, art export etc.
