When hierarchies are not formed or they are not formed along these lines the collective is broken and doomed to failure. Every organization is like a ship and requires a captain and his officers and for everyone on board to yield to this authority to make it to the destination. Perhaps it is our leadership failed to meet these qualities, women have infected the world with their ideals and social sickness. When leadership is not the best or even suitable for the good of the collective then challenging that authority is just and right such that the deck can be reshuffled. But we all have to recognize authority most of all the highest authority for which there is no alternative appeal. Rank is formal or informal is important when everything is on fire and you don't want it to be. Breaking rank is equally important when you've got a shitbag in command. America in her best days understood both of these ideals well. Rebels weren't just doing their own thing. Militias had heads who often financed and outfitted their own men.
