You WILL tip if you’re eating in my restaurant.

Waiter here. I make six figures a year giving exemplary service at a fine dining steakhouse in California.

I work my ass off 6 hours a night during dinner rush and I find folks nowadays are leaving 15% tips. I want to make this known. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

You WILL tip 20% or more if you’re eating out. If you can’t afford to tip, well guess what? That means you can’t afford to eat out.

If any 15% or below tippers come into my restaurant I WILL remember your face and you WILL be getting a little “extra special sauce” from my chefs next time I seat you at a table. Foods a little salty, eh chud? Well, you deserve it for being a stingy fuck.

Tip or get the fuck out.

Which makes me wonder, what are the political implications of a society that refuses to tip their waiters 20% /pol/?
