I’ve looked into it extensively. It’s not a case of people wanting to defraud the taxpayer. It can’t be proven because the tracks are covered well and links between the people responsible for coming up with the idea and a central organisation are hidden, but it looks like this was all done by Israel to undermine the US.

They are also extremely insular and all live in the same few buildings. We have one massive commie black known as the “crack stacks” where I swear 70% of them live. I actually ended up stuck there a few years back and it’s all Somali. Zero whites or garden variety negros. They are smarter than niggers, they seem dumber since niggers can (sort of) speak English and talk fast but they are much more cunning. Their main disadvantage compared to niggers is that they are very cowardly. Even in shitty areas at night I’ve never really been scared of them. They back off at first possibility of physical confrontation and I’m a skinny guy. Back in community college in Bloomington I actually knew a few. The college was nearly 50% Somali and they get benefits or something for being there. Same as me since I had the GI bill through my dad so we would hangout and smoke. They used to all sell drugs and shit right at the entrance. I remember one that they all called “Avatar” who was a local legend among them. He was a fat Somali who was a scammer/dealer and would wear this goofy H&M trench coat and old busted Jordans. One day he disappeared and it turned out he got high on “bar juice” (Xanax in sprite) and shot at a cop, missed every shot and got arrested.
