If they did, it would be under my supervision. I don’t need the government to tell me how to set up parental controls and use them properly myself. It’s an attack on your kid’s rights as well. Of course, not-logged-in won't be limited because it will be construed to apply only to "profiles" (assuming the sites don't just block all of Virginia with a "contact your representatives" notice, which would be an extremely powerful move and get this rolled back almost instantly.) This is ALL major social media sites, not shady vice sites like porn, which they'd get away with. When all of Virginia can't doomscroll, they'll go apeshit, and the Supreme Court won't even hesitate to recognize the undue burden it places on speech and assembly.
