A dealer is a business, he filters customers as his career lengthens and only wants to keep the ones that can behave and don't give him a hard time-that's what brings him the most long term money with less risk. It's just like how some hotel businesses don't do business with niggers or arabs because they show up too fucked up and cause trouble and run cost of maintenance and then race become a legitimate major business risk concern.
