I thought about it and actually no. So I went and bought a couple 6 packs of ales got pissed drunk woke up the next day with a hangover but the cold was gone. So there you have it. I been taking NAC, Vitamin D2/K3 and zinc all fall and I’ve dodged three flus my kids brought home.Also 2-5 sauna sessions per week and a physical job probably helped.I also think starving helps, haven’t been eating breakfast, lunch or snacking for a year…
