Yeah, your Ontario dairy farmers have captured your government.

It's one of the reasons Trump was hitting you assholes with tariffs -- your tariffs on U.S. dairy products are something like 250% -- yes, two and a half times the value of the underlying product.

Milk in the U.S. is something like US$2.50/gal I think, so that means to bring a gallon across the border would be C$9.40 in tariffs for a total price of around C$13.10 to the consumer for a U.S. gallon of U.S. milk.

(I think maybe you guys use different gallons, don't you?)
