just watched a video about that. theres like a million little metal nodules that contain copper, zinc, and other shit for batteries. but theyre not allowed to pick them up legally. bunch of bullshit bureaucracy trying to reward the shitty nobody countries giving them a bunch of power and money just because theres some nuggets that industrialized countries want to harvest.
