Its not that its stolen by Somalis but its all stolen by some connected interest group to generally the Democratic party (but often enough Republicans) and in return they support the party and kickup a % of what they steal. California shows a couple great examples, they spent 40 billion or was it 140 billion for a high speed rail and didn't lay a mile of track. Biden's comically named "Inflation reduction Act" spent 8 billion for EV charging stations and I believe built less than 15. The US government at almost every level is an organized crime syndicate but actually generally provides less services than most actual organized crime syndicate. * Florida perhaps being an exception since it spends little but it seems able to actually build stuff

With the Pentagon at least 80% they still have to supply basic stuff to grunts, office supplies, and some fancy botique weapons systems but the rest is all graft.
