Is it weird that I have neutral to positive feelings about African Americans and west Africans, but hate east Africans more than Indians or Jews? There’s just something so dysgenic about them, they seem incapable of good health. I can’t think of a single positive contribution they’ve made to society as a whole.

I, for one, view Ugandans and Kenyans very highly while absolutely loathing Sudanese and Somalis. For some reason, Ugandans and Kenyans have inherited a sort of moral cleanliness streak that's carried through even to the modern day. If you read the accounts of early western explorers to continental Africa in the 1700s/1800s, they remark repeatedly about the positive experiences they had there until they encountered the Muslim blacks. Of course, they're still Africans, so they're way, way behind on the curve, but they're on the right track and I think a proper eugenic policy would support those people, in their country, and ruthlessly subjugate and erase those who fail to meet the standard they've achieved so far.
