WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON
SHOULD I BUY MORE NOW OR SELL? OR WAIT? WHAT DO I DO
DO I HOLD? INVEST? CASH OUT?

jews are pushing it down in $5-7 chunks, it comes back up again, and they do it again, and so it goes.

Does that mean that all electronics and other stuff that use silver will 3x in price now ?
>>
>>524712726
the best you can hope for is to magically time one of the jews monkeyhammering efforts and buy more
these current sale prices will not last
fire sale prices are over and done with, they will never be seen again

Silver ends the FED, silly goyim! Don't sell now when its at a permanently high plateau, or else you'll be sorry FOREVER
>>
The best thing you can do to uppend the system is nothing.
>>

You're right. It'll take like 2-3 weeks to sell it though, won't I be too late? I have a lot.
>>524712912
I don't know exactly what is going on.
>>524712992
fair enough, I could use the money, I'd invest it into my house and since I have a kid on the way I want to make sure I'm settled. I just wanted my money in silver since it felt more stable and it was the right choice I feel, but I could do a lot of repairs and upgrades with just cash.

why not wait a single day until the second largest economy in the world starts sanctions on silver

You're experiencing FOMO, specifically fear of leaving money on the table. Same as the people who bought or didn't sell bitcoin at $130k thinking it would zip straight up to $1M. Sell and enjoy profits instead of worrying about being sidelined

I am. If I can split about 30K into roof repairs, a full house generator and some solar panels + extra I'd be in a much better position I think. Going to request a mail-in package and sell what I can.

>>524713140
That's not how it works, prices rally in anticipation of supply shortages bringing demand forward, so you've already missed out once they've begun
>>
>>524713119
you'll want to keep it in your hands so as to maximize what you're able to do with it later
otherwise its gonna be like shorting 2008 in 2006-7 and going

Why would an even lower supply of silver be bad for silver prices? If that happened I would be completely blackpilled on basically human society. Imagine silver prices tumbling after sanctions

The dollar is breaking.
There will not be a plateau this time nor will they be able to mash it down selling and buying promises to deliver as trust has broken as well. The price of silver in dollars will continue to skyrocket until the dollar becomes cheaper to use than toiletpaper for wiping your ass, after which time no amount of dollars will be able to purchase any amount of anything.

It depends on who you are selling your silver to and why.
Silver coins in treasure chests are for family coffers.
Are you buying a house?
Making a big purchase.

I liquidated all my positions in BTC and stock market so I could buy a used car.
This was before it hit ath. The only thing I'm worried about is if my car has shit welds on it because I didn't pay an auto mechanic to check out the car first. If that happens I'm going to bomb the car dealership.
>>
>>524713413
>>524713406
But I could invest a lot of this into my house. I'm pretty rural and I just don't have the money or time right now to do some things. I've done roofing before, but I have absolutely no personal gear for it and certainly not the time, and the winters are tough. Power outages are difficult to deal with too, even with a fireplace, especially with a baby. I'm hoping to hook up a generator to a natural gas line, but I don't have the 7-8k+ for that. There's a lot of other things too.
>>524713823

>>524713462

>>
>>524713167
It's quite possible that the price will go down and we will miss out on some profits, but profits in what? US dollars? Do I have faith in the dollar gaining purchasing power? No, so why should I sell?

A silver stash is *supposed* to be your emergency SHTF insurance policy. Cashing out your insurance policy means you no longer have it.
>>
Never sell. Buy more.
>>
>>524714122
I actually know someone that did that, they even sold their car. Now they live in a cheap shoebox they bought during Covid prices and used the of their money to buy silver. Has been buying silver nonstop every payday since. We live in Vancouver so she is definitely sitting on one of the fattest stacks in the world
>>
>>524713918
>live in similar conditions
If you can I would prefer to use Canadian toilet paper money for that.
If you are really worried about freezing in the winter (and you should be with our grid pretty much failing now) get one of those small camp wood stoves from Amazon.
Also you never know when the govt is going to come for people like us. Which they will eventually. If you manage to leave the country you can trade your metals for USD or whatever local currency in the country you end up at.

Another good one is portable kerosene heaters. Mine only cost around $400. It does my whole house during an outage.
Just get a normal gas generator and run an extension cable through a window in a power outage. You can get a decent Chinese one at Canadian tire for like $500 sometimes less on sale.

It’s been dying ever since they went off the gold standard, doesn’t mean it can’t go on like this for another 50 years or longer. The working poor are going to keep begging for more government when that’s the root of their impoverishment. Same as it’s been the last 50 years.
>>
>>524714353
I have a proper fireplace, but that's not the same, expecially when there have been times its hit -40 and I lost power for 1-2 days. Fine for me, but not with a woman and a baby. I just won't feel right.
>>524714409
I suppose
>>524714533
I might look into that, I was just going to get something proper. I don't have a garage, so a generator usually won't run outside in -40, and I wanted something that could power more or less my entire house going off of my natural gas, while functioning in freezing temperatures.

For the generator. You can build a small insulated box for it outside. I would recommend that because it will cut down on noise and make you less of a target. Its not a perfect solution but I think it would be better than selling your silver.
Then you will also have a backup for the future if say your more expensive generator fails.

Depends on the electronic, some use a tiny amount, while others use a fuck ton.
Phones and computers shouldn't be hit too hard
>>
>>524714906
I did plan to set up a cover for it, but I didn't think of the noise element. That's a good point - could definitely help. I gotta invest in something soon anyways, so I'll probably grab a kerosene heater like you said. It's tough to get enough wood too - working full time doesn't leave much time to find wood, especially in a place without many trees. And hey I lived like a trash panda too for years haha, worked my ass off to buy a house so I can start investing/saving. Sounds like you raised your son right. I hope to raise my girl right.
>>
>>524714625

Nope. All fiat currencies return to zero and the dollar has already lost 99%+ of its value. The music has stopped, and the chairs are limited.

Add in all time lows for public trust of govt, public savings, and all time high debts - the show is over. You cannot maintain a global economic-military hegemony when you are too broke to pay your own soldiers. Countless empires throughout history learned that lesson the hard way and the USA is next.

And realize there are countless foreign state actors out there with axes to grind and sovereignty to reassert, so it will be escalation after escalation, and black swan after black swan. And that’s not counting outright warfare and WMDs which are almost certain to make an appearance.

No my friend. Keep your own head in the sand but don’t bother trying to spread your delusions to others. This game is done and a lot of Darwinian substandard people are going to find the lifeline provided by a decadent society - gone, and themselves in existential free fall.

A Samsung phone becomes like 6$ more expensive with silver at 100 USD compared to a year before. Not a big deal. Problem is, there's no silver to be bought from the exchanges. Samsung had to go directly to a mine and make their own deals instead of buying it from the COMEX. The bigger problem is that banks have shorted (spoofed really) such an insane amount of silver they have to try and manipulate the price down for big banks to not explode.

The problem with this is that China is buying all the silver, so.... The west is allowing banks to suppress the prices of silver for no reason other than to let jews have more money, akd chinamen buy it all up until we'll reach a point where deficits will force political action to stop the flow of silver to China.

Demand destruction for silver prices doesn't even happen before 140~ silver. There's currently a deficit of silver on a yearly basis and production can't really be ramped up quickly because that takes time and silver is mainly a secondary product of other mining. Silver is rare and a big industrial metal, more so with all this AI, green energy etc bullshit. I'd say this is just getting started and you'll see the peak in 3 years.

It'll be frothy, and a roller coaster. That's not even taking into consideration the death of the USD.
>>
>>524712726
CME is illegally manipulating the market and nothing happens to them. They raised margin rates and forced a bunch or margin calls to drop the price by 10% and make $1 billion. They always do this near tops. Silver is still in a bull market but these kikes will get their cut by stealing from the goys. CME group needs to be burned to the ground and a new free market based silver and gold pricing index created.
>>

Electronic devices tend to use fractions of a gram (very small amounts) of silver. The price of most electronic consumer goods should not be dramatically effected.

This issue is that silver used in that industry is used. Recovery is not financially feasible, and it ends up in landfills. Because of industrial usage, all the silver from international mining along with silver recovery/refining has operated at a deficit for five years straight. Demand is increasing and physical supply is decreasing. Without the silver many businesses will not function. So it is a fight for supply to continue business in the future.

Mining a newly found silver source, while incredibly being rare, takes about one decade from sampling the ground to mining an ounce. Virtually all silver mined is a biproduct of copper, zinc, and gold mining.

>>524717713
an ounce of gold has historically been tied to the monthly wage of skilled labor in leading economies. recently that monthly wage increased by quite a bit. the price of gold is slowly adjusting accordingly. it should normalize somewhere around $5,500/oz.

historically the price ratio of silver to gold has been 16:1. for a couple of decades that was not the case, gold was more important than silver for industrial use, that is correcting as silver is now once again important due to battery production, so we should see a return to the 16:1 normal ratio.

And, if that is what happens $350 silver is on the menu. of course, though, such a correction will probably cause some serious issues.

this. it is illegal to yell fire in a crowded building because most people are too stupid to turn around and make sure there actually is a fire. The smart move, when everyone is yelling run, is to consider if the correct move is the entire opposite of what they are saying (because it often is). I dont invest in stocks or metals, I got 6 ounces of silver for novelties sake. But, the wisdom ive been given is that if everyone is shouting the world is ending its a real good time to make plans for tomorrow. If everyone were making plans for tomorrow id probably be preparing to meet my maker.

CME raised margin requirements by 5 times in two weeks in order to kill silver in 2011

CME has been basically maxed out trying to drive down silver prices since 2022 going from $10,000 margin requirements to $22,000, so they've already been trying to kill silver for 3 years

now they raised it to 25,000 which is why it dropped, but it didn't die

I wonder what's happening behind the curtains

I'm holding until they start calling people like me unpatriotic hoarders ruining America and the war effort. But I've been holding for years. Cme is raising margin requirements again meaning the price is probably going to go down some. What this will not do is slow industrial demand whose interest got peaked due to a bunch of jeets buying bracelets causing a shortage at exchanges only slowed due to a lease from China. Nor does this give access to Chinas silver as the number 2 producer and perhaps number one consumer as a manufacturing center, that access goes away tomorrow probably not a defacto export ban but there will be less flowing next year regardless. It additionally will not stop Chinese imports, arbitrage opportunities exist whenever the price differential between western exchanges and Shanghais exchange exceeds the Chinese vat on silver, which it has done increasingly often even as prices rose. This is probably on account of being a manufacturing center dependent on constant exports for domestic market normality and being a large producer of weapons most of all in naval even their commercial vessels built as transports are likely requiring some in the form of the bridge, comms and batteries. Likewise this move down will not create any additional silver as mining and exploration remains skittish in the face of price volatility and historic behavior. Existing pure plays will print money no doubt but no one is going to mine copper for the byproduct or start risky ventures as the price threatens to decline to some unknown floor and energy remains scarce or uncertain. I'll win this fight either today or tomorrow or 10 years from now because nothing fundamentally changed in supply except that in favor of scarcity. Eventually western exchanges will go dry, people we'll run out of their inherited silverware and constitutional and we go switch back from over priced rock to strategic asset being hoarded by schizos in days or weeks.

>SHOULD I BUY MORE NOW OR SELL? OR WAIT?

Don't buy more now, why would you buy at historically high prices?

Sell if you want to. Presumably you bought when it was much cheaper, and you can make a nice profit on it, if you sell now.

Wait if you want, but whatever happens, by the time you know for sure what the right move NOW would have been, it's too late;

Eg. Suppose it keeps going up and reaches $150/oz late next month. By then, if you sold now, or failed to buy more now, it's too late.

Suppose instead that late next month the price crashes out back to what it was previously; if you buy now, or just continue to wait instead of selling now, it's too late by then.

Ultimately, whatever is going to happen will be decided by forces that you and I have no influence over, eg. what China decides to do, what the jews decide to do, etc.

Whatever you think is most likely to happen, use that as your basis and act accordingly.

What happens when you sell? Do you get cash or have a direct transfer into your account?

Buy. Current paper to physical ratio is 300:1. There is a massive shortage and the only way out for them is to somehow tank the paper side but they don't have the supply to do it. It's going to break $120 probably around February or March. You could try to wait a bit in January where they'll try to suppress prices again, probably try to keep around $65 since no one is going to sell below that, but after that it's going to explode.

Everything is artificial - its a MAN MADE MARKET. That's why trends can be analyzed.
The short term price suppression is stalling against contracts maturing on Jan 20, if I recall correctly. COMEX just changed the rules regarding derivatives to help stall the price change. But China has declared a full stop to metals export and that'll go into effect sometime in January as well.
So you can expect the price to crab until it explodes upward again.
Just look at everything MADE with silver exploding in price to know silver itself isn't done pumping. A new Gforce 5090 is running $4000 right now.

AI chinaman was a great play by the CCP.
>feed talking points and real data to a group that creates a few channels to cause a surge of interest in silver. throw in a few unconfirmed rumors or unfounded hype to add gas to the fire
>use an easily replicable format that lets others copycat the originals to try and get views. they might be less informed and uncontrolled, but as long as they mantle the chinaman persona to hype up silver it serves the same purpose
>use retail to squeeze the price and keep it high during a low volume period so the banks can't manipulate the price as low as they want
>multiple videos a day to stay in the algorithm, catch new viewers, and psychologically ease silver holders so they don't panic sell

I can't spoonfeed you the history of silver in the past 20 years. But imagine an historical source of wealth that people ignored. It is significant to finance, but not central. So it got corrupt, and banks generated silver contracts based on silver that doesn't actually exist in vaults. Because who is counting it? Then silver suddenly becomes really really important, the most conductive element in the periodic table, and the only material that can sustain the green tech revolution and AI. So suddenly, all of this speculated silver, that doesn't exist, is demanded by industry. And it can't be delivered.

And China, that controls 60-70% of global siver refinement, stops exports.

Shit is fucked. Silver is going to explode in price next year. But that is also going to be parallel to western economies tanking.

I'm not soon feeding you. I'm just laughing at this retarded thread and trolling. If you didn't stack you're fucked.

Honestly i dont think there will be that big of a collapse, but i do think that the USD will probably get inflated to the point it will require some sort of "reset" or even replacement, and that there will be plenty of stock crashes thanks to the AI bubble, and china will have a larger sphere of influence on the global stage but none of that mad max-esque apocalipsis scenario, atleast not in my comfy homeland. It will probably be mostly americans getting hit the hardest by the collapse of the dollar.
Therefore i'll just be a degenerate and gamble with options (cfd calls) on silver and gold, as they track the price related to USD, and they pay out in my non-inflated currency. Good luck to you all, anons.

When Elon Musk tweets "this isn't good" regarding China's silver clampdown... FFS... His handlers aren't letting him tweet this frivolously. This is a market shifting tweet. But the price hasn't skyrocketed a second time because the k!kes are still tweaking the market in damage control.

It's all laid out, plain to see, for those that choose to see.

But you faggots missed the window. Trading is closed mothercunts. January second is going to I hate-fuck you in the third eye.

I kind of doubt friday is going to be a blowout, they're probably gonna pull more tricks with another margin hike, more shorts, and a fed bailout to prevent as much growth as possible because if it explodes up on friday, then fomo builds over the weekend and will gap even more next week. the shanghai gold exchange is also closed this friday so the chinese won't be able to reapply pressure until monday

Good point. Ask yourself if you are speculating in silver for gains or are you using silver as a hedge against inflation as a store of value for your wealth. This guides your decision. If you choose to sell and take profit but are experiencing FOMO, you can always sell incrementally over time and spread out your risk (or reward).

I have heard this many times many times before. It was part of a prophecy told by Tyler Durden, mad captain of the ghostly pirate ship ZeroHedge. She is crewed by immortal silver schizos who have been cursed to suffered and toil for all the years in which they have believed the prophecy but been unable to see it fulfilled. Though they cannot die, and can even walk the bottom of the sea, their lives have been ashes in their mouths. Every silver dime they plundered they sent to Davy Jones'es Locker for safekeeping. And now that the prophecy appears on the verge of fulfillment, and the schizos are at risk of not being able to walk the bottom for much longer, they do not care to fetch their silver. They can't think of anything better to buy with their treasure than to watch the world burn.

Silver isn't used much in electronics. Technically it is the most used industry for silver but the amount of silver in most components is near zero. Usually less than 0.3 grams (0.01 oz). Your $700 phone might go up to $700.5 if they actually get that autistic about prices.

1980 price reflects the real value. How much is 35$ in 1980 adjusted for inflation? Extrapolate the recent 200% gains on that and we're getting close to the real current value.
>>
>>524739344
they can sell their gains now and make 3x what they originally put in and continue to hold they had before the price spike.

say they put in 250k, and their holdings are worth 1m now. they can sell 750k now, keep 250k and win no matter what happens to price

society wont function that well with expensive silver but we really need silver mines as a primary production so there has to be some price discovery at some point - expect halfway elevated ceiling to cause mining investment so manipulated to half current level
>>
>>524740044
Cheked. It takes a new silver mine between 10 and 20 years to actually start production. Samsung recently just bought a silver mine out of desperation. Rumor has it that Tesla is looking. Recycling silver in 2026 and the near future is not an option.
>>
>>524739618
>>524739781
These prices are already inflation adjusted. People had to baghold for 30 years just to regain their initial investment. But I'm sure you're smarter than them and not just another rube, buying silver off institutional investors who are selling out after already making their gains
>>
>>524740331
>PM prices have gone up proportional to the dollar's loss of value
That shouldn't be too surprising. Metals are often a 'flight to safety' so they remain low when prices and values are stable.

Gas generators are dirt cheap in the southwest until hurricane season starts.

China, which controls 60-70% of silver refining is basically stopping exports January 1. Elon Musk fucking tweeted about this you peasant. J. P. Morgan resolved their short position months ago. They are the largest private holder of physical in the western world. why? Because they have been artificially suppressing the price for almost a decade and accumulating it cheap.

If you know, you know. If you don't you'll be sucking strangers in back alleys for 1960 dimes to pay the rent in 2026.
