So my guess is it wasn't necessarily cutting corners as more the place just wasn't suited for that amount of people at all. I mean you saw the stairway. No amount of money could help there, safe maybe buying the adjoining building too and digging a second set of stairs up through it.There'll maybe be another press confenrence in half an hour, it wasn't confirmed yet.
