My little town recently went from 1 smokeshop to 3. One of them is run by men who talk in another language. Or was, it may have changed ownership already. Didn't seem Indian to me though. Currently it's part of a chain that strongly implies they're a weedshop. We're not recreational here. Then our other new smokeshop has a thing for bright outdoor lighting.
