With enough training they can fill in on the enough intelligent tasks in male jobs. They don't have the ego of a man to pursue the ends of a subject to feel good about themselves but it is not right to let them just be at home. I say women should not have a say in politics and voting rights but they should be homeschooled and be allowed to work from home in any job that can hire them and obviously they'll get paid less.
