Women, ever obedient and yearning to listen and impress authority figures, eat this up and are swayed by these horror stories that evil men want to stop them from being whores and take advantage of them when they're "just trying to have fun!" It's full on grooming from the get go, but women are sensitive to the idea of being groomed no matter their age (its how they can always justify never being responsible for their own actions) so the only thing we can do is give them an out. We have to tell them they've been groomed and eventually they will abandon their ideology.
