Philadelphia is also very segregated but there are so goddamn many of them it feels like the place is crawling with them. I lived North of Seattle at one time. Owning a home is only for the upper middle class and above so everyone else has to rent apartments. Slumlords rule those and it always stunk like burnt curry all the time. The whites are all brainwashed leftists. There are panhandlers and riff raff on every street corner and sidewalk, and you will be constantly hassled to spare some change of you try to walk anywhere. Homeless tents were not super common when I lived there but they are now supposedly. Everything is far left politically and messed up. I wouldn't recommend it.
