When I used to live in the Whittier and Cedar-Riverside areas, I always joked around to people about all the obvious 'front' shops all over the place. I had no idea how true it was! Always places like these "daycares" or "medical supply" stores, and the places never looked open and hardly had any furniture or inventory laying around.Such a sad and gross abuse of MN's generosity that our leaders allowed to continue at the expense of hard-working, struggling Minnesotans.
Those programs were developed and implemented for the express purpose of being abused.
