And you still have to pay bills and go to work too during and you still owe taxes, it’s just sometimes the power goes out or the water is weak and warlords steal the fresh food from the bazaar, antibiotics and food shortages. Jurisdiction changing completely to the satisfaction of the warlord of the block every thirty miles or so. It always starts as riots and turns into gang war. America is not having a civil war by the way. This is a cold low intensity conflict that has failed to reach a 1,000 politically motivated casualties a month mark so it isn’t a war, it’s just riots and people will forget about riots eventually so this is just nothing
