Poorer countries are freer countries and this is a law of nature. The more resources a government has, the more it funds control of the population. You can prove this scientifically. Go live in a Third World country and report back. It's far freer than any advanced country, since the government doesn't care what you do unless you're challenging the government.Every government workers nowadays, and every government-adjacent professional like doctors (see COVID) and lawyers, wants to control your life nowadays. Americans connected to the system are on a totalitarian power trip lately and it's gaining steam. Soon we'll have no freedom at all. What's the solution? Bankruptcy of the country, to reduce us to Third World levels like Bolivia or Bangladesh. This way, the government will only be able to afford a few forces to maintain its own position so government workers can still draw decent paychecks. All other spending will stop, so no more medical tyranny, no more legal tyranny, no more social workers and taking your kids away for not being a secularist-atheist-socialist. Freedom will thrive. It's a law of nature: with more money, societies enact stronger social control. You can't avoid it.The only way to be free is for your society to be poor. Medieval serfs were vastly freer than people are today in modern countries. And, on another topic, feudalism is the natural social order while all other systems are deviant. We're meant to live under honorable lords and work the land. Everything else breeds social dysfunction.
>>525778264You can just look at pic in OP and see that the medieval, feudal way of life was healthier and better than what we have now.
>>525778264the entire military of a poor country can't stop its own leader from being arrested by a small force from a richer country
>>525778825That has nothing to do with what I said, except that what you said does indicate poor countries have nothing to spend on social control.
