Dark liquor, tea, honey, lemon juice. Alcohol metabolizes out the lungs and is a disinfectant killing the bad stuff as it ups and out. Would say the mullein plant made into a tea but with the flu you can't be wandering around the railroad tracks looking for it but it is the best out there for flu. Overnight better.
