I think being the richest man in the world doesn't help. Everyone around those boys that is masculine probably keeps interactions to a minimum, at risk their dealings with Elon could go South because they offended his kid in some way(masculine men are less agreeable, but the ones who have access to Elon's family at that level are also smart, so they probably stay quiet). Women run less of the risk of offense, so these kids are probably mainly around women so they troon out.
