Russian oil profits are massively down with recent US sanctions. USA control of Venezuela oil means China is fucked, and Russia's oil ban bypass network (Venezuela, Iran, CIS states, Cuba, NK, China etc) will have to reorganize, but about 70% of Venezuela's oil went to China alone which means they are going to hurt the most.
