I have a job that won’t even let me move out of my parent’s house and my parents best “advice” is accept being poor forever and just be proud to work making nothing which to them is the highest honor. They cannot comprehend the idea that I actually want to be paid fairly for my effort and then just call me lazy and start some misery pissing contest on how much their lives sucked life it’s something to be proud of. My entire childhood was spend listening to them fight about money and now I can’t even live their shit lives. I didn’t go to work yesterday and won’t today. Fuck this.
