They have a lot less regulations than the US or other countries in the WTO, lacking many regulations that violate WTO rules, but the WTO doesn't want them to restrict access to their large market. The main thing China has going for it is a huge amount of people they can exploit, once their population collapses (still will have around 800 million people or so) they will have a lot less power and their economy will be in massive trouble.
