Daily Nutraloaf rations can cut costs down to the bare minimum and save taxpayers enormously.All that needs to be done is to figure out how to mass produce it as cheaply as possible, and also make it shelf stable so that it can stay good for long periods of time. Kinda like MREs, or those Humanitarian Daily Rations that are given to people in third world countries.
