If you read the article which OP didn't bother to include, Poland is just benefiting from the UK's brain drain because the latter country is such a shithole by comparison. A good chunk of the article is quoting people talking about how safe Poland feels compared to the UK. They're continuing down the same path of total financialization and demographic replacement as the rest of the west: the article also talks about its declining birth rates and the fact that it's a net beneficiary from EU gibs.
