AI is completely based and is extremely useful in the hands of an intelligent person. The fact that only a minority of people use AI, and that a lot of that minority uses it for retard shit, is completely unimaginable to me. AI is the best language-learning tool ever made bar none. AI can output useful scripts for analyzing raw text datasets instantly. AI can drastically accelerate programming efforts when an algorithm needs to be found for a complex task before writing a script. It’s legitimately revolutionary in its current state.

The powers that be have a new system that has been in the development for decades now, ready to be rolled out in the coming years. It will operate in parallel starting sometime this year and by the next decade it will be fully operational as the Agenda 2030 goals are slowly being implemented.
There will be no collapse, no violence, no uprising, no world war, no revolution, no killing of jews or politicians or other such fantasies. Instead there will be law & order, compliance and total surveillance until the very end. AI will be at the center of it all.

The Great Reset is inevitable.

What I hate is that the grifters use the existence of actually useful applications of machine learning for motte and bailey rhetoric. Most of my job is now done by an AI system that I made. Essentially, I used AI as a stop-gap to perform the basic menial labor part of my IT job, and in the process of improving the system prompt, it eventually became clear that my job was able to be performed by a basic algorithm (for which the prompt essentially ended up being a design document) and now there’s a python script which applies it without AI.
This development would likely not have occurred before AI, because my task was so wide in scope (how do I make the computer do half of my job?) that no engineer would have attempted it, as they’d have to rewrite code over and over whenever they had a failed algorithm. Because I could just work on the algorithm without coding it, and could change the algorithm with a few words, it made a years-long task no one even attempted into something fairly simple.
The problem is that getting anyone into this sort of thinking is next to impossible so it’s more or less just limited to me screwing around at work because my job is mostly irrelevant if you have what I made.

>It seems like no one ever talks about these applications
Because everything in pharma takes a long fucking time
let's say the AI makes a god protein right
you need to figure out how to synthesize it in a manner than has standardized yields
then you need to test how stable it is
then you need to test how it is metabolized
then in vitro
then you need to test it in an actual in vivo system
etc etc etc
ideally you do as much of this at the same time but even by the time you get something preclinical that is YEARS of investment and decades of man hours for something that will require further years of investment and decades of man hours
that's not even getting into scaling up protein synthesis to manufacturing scale
there is a reason 90% of scientific click bait reporting is shit that some small university found a significant effect but not anything down the pipeline where things actually become real or not

>replace a bunch of fake jobs
the fake jobs are there for a reason. the few functions an LLM could replace a human at are very limited. like QA testing jeet tasks or HR roastie email processing. both demographics that are there for a reason having nothing to do with productivity. they wanted LLM to be able to replace competent whites, but it will never happen. more compute is not going to get them there. the exercise now is just to have a giant surveillance system, real time national facial recognition and precrime is what they are aiming for judging by what they are building and the lies they are telling along the way.
>>
>>525840746
I know, the point was that "magic robot tells you the answer" doesn't let you skip to the end of the production/regulatory cycle.
Not to mention all this vibecode programming will never pass CFRs, which require specific, traced, justified change logs with the possibility of reviewing every line.
>>
>>525841020
>giant surveillance system, real time national facial recognition and precrime is what they are aiming for judging by what they are building and the lies they are telling along the way.
Glad someone else isn't retarded. The reason LLMs are pushed so hard is they want you to humanize and empathize with the spyware that has been foisted on you.

>>
>>525841020
>>525841115
This is correct. There aren't any LLM improvements as it was a dead end for the goal of AI to begin with. There is no more data to ingest, and any further data will taint the system even more. Compute isn't the answer as they already have infinity compute. The goal of LLMs isn't to answer dumbass questions incorrectly, as that was never going anywhere, would you pay for that? The goal is the other thing, which the LLM will be very effective at.

Remember prism? Yeah

i like AI for finding images that have words
this has made me 1000x faster on my computer
also i found items i thought i had deleted

why don't they ever suggest AI for use cases that benefit the citizen?

the people already have the power to stop any tyranny by SIMPLY USING CASH AND LEAVING YOUR PHONE AT HOME sometimes
these two simple things destroy any surveillance plans
you already have the fucking power
it is YOU that chooses to continue using the grid to your own detriment
you already have the power right now
you have agency still
they just need your consent to implement it wholly, then having agency won't even matter

the current tech trend is for citizens to not hold or own information or organize it or remember it
they also do not store it on their own computers, but in a foreign cloud that tracks all changes in real time
they only have instantaneous ACCESS to information
people are not being conditioned to retain info or organize it for themselves

tptb are now waiting for anyone with a high amount of intellect and knowledge to die off, then they will just be left with the malleable, dumbed-down 'instantaneous access' population that can't put two and two together

USE FUCKING CASH AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE NO MATTER WHAT COUNTRY YOU ARE IN

The LLMs are the hot topic tho.
So by hitching the cart to the LLM train those other applications gain in the investment and other benefits.
The issue is they're tied to the crash then as well..
But I think it's worth the risk as in the long term those applications will remain as valuable as they've always been, despite temporary investor hesitation
