No. Iranians do not want the US engaging in regime change in their country, and Trump is not a supporter of the Iranian government.

Two things can be true at once:

1) evil jews and israelis and vulture capital are salivating over destroying and controlling Iran, so that it will be more favorable to Israel's expansion and also western capital/exploitation

2) the iranian government has corruption problems, and, not everybody wants to live in a theocracy. There are moreover pissed off people for NPC (but legit) reasons like the cost of groceries -- but most recognize that the US and Israel created those problems with sabotage and sanctions.

The people in the riots were some mix of (2) but mostly agents from (1), including also (3) kurdish (MEK) or baloch separatist movements using the opportunity.

Most of the Iranian protesters were actually protesting AGAINST the secularization of Iran. They want to keep the regime but they are dissatisfied with how the current regime is handling things and wants the current regime to sort itself out.

Other than kidnapping her predecessor to force the succession, I’m not sure Trump had anything to do with it. She was constitutionally the person to succeed.
