Every self-identified white person in government, HR, police, universities, etc sees themselves as acting as a universal representative of white. They feel empowered to act against white to signal their piety. They feel as a white person they have power over you (they can hold you up to their set commandments of white behavior). They lose all their assumed power if you atomize to your subtype and delineate from the white social construct.
