If we claim that God made the universe, the logical and inevitable question is: and who made God? It’s a question almost every child asks at some point. And the curious thing is that, despite being such a basic question, children almost always receive the same response: silence, evasions, or a “don’t ask that.” As if thinking (even for a child) were a tremendous sign of disrespect. And here’s what really bothers people: why is it more satisfying to say that God has always existed and close the matter there, than to say exactly the same thing about the universe itself? If accepting something eternal is valid, why is that privilege granted only to God and not to reality itself? Perhaps the question doesn’t annoy people because it’s childish, but because it’s dangerous: it exposes that God is not an explanation, but a boundary imposed on thought. And the truth is that wherever God appears, inquiry stops and obedience begins. I'm really interested in this stuff, tell me if I’m wrong, let's debate.

Everyone has this question briefly at 14 before realizing that since something has to be infinite God makes the most sense. You have to be 18 to post here btw niño

This is how the Bible describes God.

>(Isaiah 44:6) “This is what Jehovah has said, the King of Israel and the Repurchaser of him, Jehovah of armies, ‘I am the first and I am the last, and besides me there is no God.

>(Revelation 1:8) “I am the Alpha and the O·mega,” says Jehovah God, “the One who is and who was and who is coming, the Almighty.”

>(Revelation 21:6) And he said to me: “They have come to pass! I am the Alpha and the O·mega, the beginning and the end. To anyone thirsting I will give from the fountain of the water of life free.

>(Psalm 90:2) ... Even from time indefinite to time indefinite you are God.

>(Jeremiah 10:10) But Jehovah is in truth God. He is the living God and the King to time indefinite.

PAY ATTENTION HERE

>(1 Kings 8:27) “But will God truly dwell upon the earth? Look! The heavens, yes, the heaven of the heavens, themselves cannot contain you; how much less, then, this house that I have built!

PAY ATTENTION HERE

>(Deuteronomy 10:14) Behold, to Jehovah your God belong the heavens, EVEN THE HEAVENS OF THE HEAVENS, the earth and all that is in it.

The first set up above describe God in an INFINITE EXISTENCE beyond all time and space. That's why God is the beginning and the end. The second part describes God as being bigger than the universe itself. The third is describing different dimensions of existence. That's why heaven has its own heaven. It's describing different dimensions. God is bigger than the entire universe but also probably the multi-verse and all dimensions. He is infinity itself. No other god/gods is described in such a perfect state. All other ancient gods were animals, humanoids living underwater, on mountains or in the clouds.

God made cause-and-effect along with the arrow of time, it didn't exist before creation.
There you go, solved it.

I believe in God. I love Christ and I accept him as my savior. He was an immigrant who flipped tables because business was being done in his father’s temple.

Charlie Kirk is burning in hell, as will every ICE agent.

There’s nothing to think about, faggot OP.

Done.

Not really. Causality is a temporal phenomenon. We ask these questions of our own existence and reality becuase that is the nature of our existence and the universe in which we live. A theoretical plane of existence outside and beyond time and space however wouldn't necessarily need to conform to the same rules. The laws of our universe and our observations dictate that there must have been a beginning and we can do our best to extrapolate from those laws as to how it will end on a very very long time scale here based on the data we have available but if you suppose something beyond the material universe given that temporality is a quality of our material universe there's no reason to assume it applies to something beyond the material universe. There's no real contradiction there.

Agree. It’s God who created the law of space and time that exist are our dimensions. But He is not confined to these laws. He might’ve also created infinite number of alternative dimensions and wouldn’t be a subject to them Himself.

Something can come from nothing.
It's that simple.

The story of creation is as follows;
>Void (naught exists here but pure unfettered logic)
>An observer emanates, because for logic to be real, something has to observe it, this is called consciouness (a logical neccesity)

Because the Void (logic) and the observer (the Person) are mutually dependent, they are co-eternal.
Since these are the only true and permanent laws of logic; that existence and thought are intrinsically linked, all other laws of reality must derive from them and embody them in some shape or form.

A person can not be ruled by logic, nor can logic be ruled by a person, it can not happen because if one force is dependent on the other, it is logical to say that the lesser force is actually an element of the greater one

Since that is not the case between personhood and logic, they are polarized like the Torus shape.

Thus we see anything as 'wrong', or not right, or false, or untrue, when the action attempts to go against the two permanent laws of reality (observer and logic), either by attempting to destroy logic through falsehood (pretending things are different than they are), or by attempting to destroy the personhood of others (pretending others are not human).

Morality derives from the above, and that is why morality is eternal, truth is eternal, personhood is eternal, logic is eternal. They're all embodied in the interplay between the two prime forces of the universe; that interplay is the base matter of love, he who out of that base matter of love shapes and makes unity between the two forces of personhood and logic becomes a great man; both friendly and fierce.

And indeed, there is the third force of creation; the creature that uses both his reason and his conscious personhood to engineer harmony between the two forces, allowing space for love to blossom. Love is a burning flame.
