I'm in no position to take more of a risk than that on the chance that I'm wrong. The book being in the glove box means he travels with it, which means he's deeply invested in learning about the contents, so much that he takes it with him on the go but is careful to keep it out of sight. The objects I found in the vehicle (a girly froggie stun gun and a buck knife in the passenger door pocket, among others) could mean any number of things, but it does not make sense that they have them for self-defense because they do not like guns, or what would they be doing with a book about improvised munitions, of all things? What that suggests to me is this is someone who has been barred from owning a firearm due to mental illness, history of violence, possibly both. Not afraid of guns, simply forced to improvise.If that's all correct, then it means they aim to launch an act very, very soon.
