At this point, Trump has amply demonstrated he is but a dangerously idiotic buffoon, in addition to being a morally repugnant homunculus. Every aspect of this administration, in which he's no longer bound by agents of reason and competence, has well crossed the threshold of parody. The fact that pretty much the worst person in the country occupies highest position in the country is just an indictment of the moral fabric of the US.
