I'm 6'0 and 178 pounds. It's hard to tell how much of that is fat though, considering how much fast food I avoid eating. My diet is blueberries, protein bars, dry fruit, vegetables, etc.

Over Christmas I officially entered the "overweight" zone of the BMI chart for the first time in my life. Used to be a hardgainer in my 20s. I'm pushing 40 now and just looking at food seems to make me fatter.
