Is Ice doing a good job
>>
>>525894136
no. they aren't arresting businesses and individuals who employ illegals. it's like arresting drug users but not drug dealers.
>>
>>525894136
They need to slaughter WAY more commies and browns. But so far so good.

Yes, all mexicans out means that US will be white and rich again, 90% like in 1950.

That wouldn't be under purview of ICE, but district attorney generals, state attorney generals, or federal prosecutors.
Libshits make this complaint they also don't follow through on it so why make it. You have Tim Walz as governor and Keith Ellison as attorney general for Minnesota. Go ahead then and prosecute business owners that hire illegals.
>>
>>525894535
no it wouldn't. it's a violation of federal law. https://www.congress.gov/bill/99th-congress/senate-bill/1200

the entire premise of ICE action is supremacy clause, and now you're coping and saying they shouldn't be enforcing another federal law that relates to illegal immigration?

They genuinely aren't even by the metrics miggers demand.

I'm a layman about the legal stuff, but ICE like the police don't determine if someone is committing a crime or not they only carry out decisions that have been made by other parts of government and maintaining the law. If a business is hiring illegals then wouldn't that need to be determined by the legal system like any other crime? Sure ICE or most likely the police can haul the business owner in after they were found guilty of committing a crime.

>police
you mean /pol/ ice
>>
>>525894951
you're correct, they would need probable cause for an arrest. most of these illegals being arrested have jobs. in many cases they're being arrested at the place of their employ. it's just the case that ICE and the federal government are doing nothing to prosecute businesses and individuals who employ illegals.
>>
>>525894136
No they have not killed enough liberal dykes.
>>
>>525894176
Except the illegals are the drugs and the cartels are the dealers. Businesses are just users.

Most businesses won't be stupid enough to not have plausible deniability. You are telling me this beaner who can't speak of luck of English isn't David Myers from Hoboken?
>>
>>525897051
no, completely wrong analogy. without anyone willing to supply illegal spics with jobs, there would be no incentive to move here.
>>
>>525897172
Nope you are backwards with out the enticement of cheap bean laborer no one would use them.
>>
The ICE agents should be arresting every anti ICE protestor to be honest man

Unfortunately the decision to prosecute is made by an elected official called a district attorney, who are usually liberal black women that hate white America.

Our system needs to be destroyed and rewritten by and for white men only.
>>
>>525897325
this is a good "bit." you have trolled me!
>>525897382
>Unfortunately the decision to prosecute
hiring illegals is illegal as per federal law. it's not prosecuted by state level prosecutors.
