In an attempt to shake the market clean of paper, Bullion Banks (CME Group - Chicago) have now increased margins on silver five times in just two months. The response was insatiable international buying of silver and of course; higher prices.

talking about the PM market like a day trader immediately outs you as a retard because physical silver is extremely illiquid and the only thing that introduces volatility is the fake paper derivatives market and fiscal policy
silver doesn't appreciate, it's not an asset, treating it like one is retarded
Nothing strange is happening with silver, it's happening with the dollar; the dollar is losing astounding amounts of value daily.
Why?
The US has operated at a trade deficit, currency surplus (importing goods, exporting currency and currency derivatives like inflation) for like 40 years now. If you try to run back the trade deficit, you end up trying to run a trade surplus, which inevitably causes a currency deficit (exporting goods, importing currency). When the reserve currency is your own currency, you are now importing inflation. This is exactly the basis behind fear of the dollar milkshake and the mechanism that it would happen. Especially when you can't export goods because you don't make any, the abroad world turns to selling US bonds to finance the tariffs that they must pay to export goods to you.

Nothing weird is happening with silver, the US is just experiencing 50% inflation YoY for the past ~12 mo.

china is about to fuck the dollar into oblivion
>>
>>525899691
I thought that for a while. I now do not anymore.

Control of the international Silver (PM) market has now shifted to China. I don't want this, I just admit it. This notion is expressed in the market pricing. For about a month now, Shanghai silver has been aggressively buying at a roughly 10% premium.

Example: right now when converted to USD, Silver is $87.36 in the West and $93.70 in the East.

https://silverintel.report/

The west is being drained of physical silver in exchange for shitty Asian fiat currency and debt note in the form of US treasuries.

There is more USD debt outside the US than inside the US. When all that debt comes home to roost, that is when real inflation will occur. Buckle up.

>>
>>525900199
This argument is completely bogus because gold and silver prices have been actively suppressed by futures contracts for decades. Do not be surprised if the cpi is low and the dollar is high when silver is $200+ and gold is $10,000+. All China is doing is ending the price suppression.
>>
>>525900179
I dunno, mang. Every morning I wake up to another massive swing and have a nervous chuckle.
Maybe all this is due to Samsung's fancy new battery tech and I can bank a nice profit, but it's starting to feel like the wheels are really coming off.
>>
>>525900264
I don't disagree with your thesis but
>in exchange for shitty Asian fiat currency
implies that this is happening voluntarily, when I don't actually think US leadership realizes how bad this is. Basically the second order effect of trying to reduce the trade deficit is that other countries are essentially forced to sell their US bonds to finance their international trade. Unintentionally, JPM et al has completely fucked the US incredibly badly because the silver price suppression scheme has created a massive arbitrage bomb that Trump lit the fuse on. Now with everyone selling their US bonds, they can buy silver basically for pennies on the dollar knowing that if they can take possession of a metric ton of physical fine silver, they'll make an almost guaranteed 15-100% gain by EOY, that ALSO insures them from a dollar failure from de-dollarization.

Basically we're watching the dollar milkshake
>>
>>525900519
>cpi is low
the CPI should be ignored completely, it's a totally irrelevant number and doesn't even vaguely represent inflation. in its current form, it is simply a political tool useful for lying to rubes and bullshitting them into believing things aren't very, very bad.
>>
>>525900788
>its written in the demiurge jew code
Can you elaborate?
>>
>>525900483
You can't use the exchange rate between fiats to assess the value of said fiat. This is a mistake like using gdp to assess the health of an economy when in reality raw production power and internal buying power should be used instead to assess the health of a country's economy. You can only use the exchange rates for stable inflation proof assets like PMs and not other coin because said coins are influences by many things like sanctions, an auto inflicted reduction to attract foreign invesment or self pumping to keep appareances, like how it's happening in jewsa right now.

if you look at it in microeconomic terms, the USD buys 1/4 the amount of silver, gold, and GPUs that it did 12 months ago
products that depreciate over time like homes, used cars, etc are gaining value over time
Wage growth is like 1/8 the YoY DJIA/SPY gain.

Pretty much any gain in anything that you've seen over the past six years has been exclusively inflationary and it's only getting worse.

yes it's called being the global reserve currency and it will continue to happen until everyone gets tired of it and drops US bonds and de-dollarizes
if you look at what's happening macroeconomically with bond yields and the Fed gently losing control of inflation, employment, and bond yields, it makes more sense what's happening. Another view into how little Trump understands about macroeconomics; at the current point in time, returning to ZIRP would not kickstart the economy, and in fact yields would not reduce real rates at all because the US gov has shifter to financing itself short term and everyone is already worried about inflation. Mortgage rates are set on the 10Y & 30Y, the Fed only controls the extremely short term FFR which has already deviated from the SOFR multiple times this year.

internally to canada, your government fucked you by doing that, but realistically a lot of internal fiscal policy shit shouldn't meaningfully affect consumer prices for a lot of stuff
for example the US printed double our existing entire money supply in 2019 and 2020, but total inflation was around 20% for 2020. Why? Most of that money goes into equities which pumps the stock market, so the money filters through five to ten different rounds of investment before it gets spent. The velocity of that money is astoundingly slow. Most of your inflation has to do with artificial scarcity that can be attributed to the bullshit century initiative where your government has already brought in like 5-10 million indians who compete with you for resources. The indians also offload your inflation through remittances (modi's explicit reason for exporting indian labor).

Basically the US is a great economic satan. Smart countries are offloading US bonds before shit gets worse.

this chart was created when Gold was only $1200 an ounce. I find it is still informative and has the added bonus of showing price change in short time.

What you just said has absolutely nothing to do with my lived experience. As a result I know you are either ill-informed or quite possibly retarded. Either way, best of luck to you.

Indeed and thank you for noting that. It was produced in 2022 when Silver was $22 per ounce and Gold was $1,800 per ounce.
Silver today is $87 and change per ounce and Gold is $4,600 per ounce.

The US economy is a house of cards. Anyone trying to blame it on Trump is either a complete retard, or a bad actor. The economy has been in shambles. They crashed the economy in 2008 and then carried out "quantatative easing" and other policies that printed trillions. You can look at the case Sam Bankman Fried was involved with. Various banks had to be bailed out. They don't have any money. Look at the Gamestop saga. The stock market is rigged. Warren buffett liquidated billions in 2022-23 iirc.

That too. I melt the wheelweights, add tin, cast ingots and then melt ingots to cast boolets.

>Anyone trying to blame it on Trump is either a complete retard, or a bad actor
Trump claimed that he would fix it, yet he has not even remotely fixed anything and has exacerbated the problem
Claiming that Trump has done anything worse or different than the previous zogged retards, I agree, is stupid
However, Trump absolutely deserves the shit that he gets for willingly representing himself as a pseudo-messianic genius figure of the people while continuing to expedite the enslavement, impoverishment, and enshittification of the american people and everything american.

They can't because they're scared.
They're scared of inciting FOMO any further.
They tried to tame the rally by increasing premiums but that clearly isn't working.

Sometimes you just got to stop and take a moment to appreciate how profoundly retarded of a strategy it was for them to suppress the price of something that is intrinsically valuable so us goyim can run in and buy it all up at a 98% discount.

I have thousands of ounces of silver, but my legos weigh even more.
>>
>>525911442
I've said this multiple times to my wife and dad and various other doomers at various points
these people have a disproportionate amount of power and amorality, not intelligence or shrewdness.
They happen to be psychopaths and sociopaths that are intelligent enough to not be imprisoned because they shot a 60 year old for $76 at a gas station
Like, they weren't fucking kids on an island because it was some occult ritual, they were doing it because they believed that other people are retarded and worthless and assumed they'd never get caught doing it.

The hilarious thing is that it's been 109 times through recorded history that people have finally come to the conclusion that it's done out of malice and hubris, and they still haven't learned their lesson.

I have around 20oz of Silver right now, which I know isn't a whole lot, but I only started last year and saved that up over a year, so I don't think its too bad but I definitely wish that I would have invested sooner.
>So with Silver at almost $100, should I continue to buy Silver or holdoff where I'm at and invest in something else? I heard that we're going into a recession soon, so I'm kinda worried.
>>
>>525898838
There is nothing strange about this. We've all been telling you this would happen for about a decade now.
>>
>>525912776
WTF are you doing? I literally have 20 ounces in the fucking mail right now.
>>
>>525911442
it wasn't retarded for JPM. they abused paper contracts to accumulate tons of silver at rock bottom prices and have now switched to a long position. remember this is the same bank involved with Epstein and the primary dealer of the Federal Reserve.
>>
>>525912851
Idk anon, but I did spend pretty recklessly last year and I'm not too proud of it, but when I wasn't I was buying Silver, investing in stocks and a Roth IRA.
How much did those 20oz cost you? I wish I had the money for that right now.

Picrel is best case scenario.
Although considering the escalation and the plandemic, and what happens if something isn't immediately done about over population and consumerism, I'm guessing it's worst case scenario: planned.
