ICE agents should be given planes and tanks, there should be an entire Air Force division of ICE, and if a city like Minnesota refuses to cooperate, bombing raids on the city should commence until the city is nothing but rubble and skeletal remains, with no illegals left breathing. Likewise the tank divisions will be dispatched to noncooperative neighborhoods, and they ought to crush anybody causing problems.
