What will happen to society when majority of the art is made by AI?
>>525949599I hate it but lately I've been listening to AI music and some of it is legitimately good
>>525949700Like this?https://youtu.be/kbQv9P-Vmi8
>>525949700it's good at both creative stuff and formal stuff, which is odd. ChatGPT 5.2 just solved two Erdos problems last week, which is the biggest news of the year thus far but no one even knows it happened.
>>525949599One of 3 things1. Neo Luddism/Kaczynski goes mainstream2. People just stop caring and keep consooming (most likely)3. AI Worship
>>525949599I knew decades ago that normie music tastes were horrendous, this is just the natural conclusion
>>525949850Actually it's 3
>>525950162Did it just solve another one today? Which one?
>>525950213#397, yesterday
>>525949599Ai might be coloring it in, but ultimately the prompts and creative vision for the final product still has a human directing it. We'll get an explosion of stories and unique ideas. I for one can't wait for the 9 hour long epic movies about sonic x mlp OC fan fictions.
AI cannot "make" music; all possible melodies can be stored within a few megabytes. Sound synthesis was solved 50 years ago. Lyrics are pollution for niggers. All the best music was made in the 90s or adjacent to it.
>>525949599>yee, I made this album, it's what I wanted "to do">wanna go for tour?>b-but I can't play shit.>blayback!>for AI audience>in VR headsetMakes me puke.https://youtu.be/jpg8rOhMGOE

Artists will have to get real jobs oh no
I want actors to lose their jobs first because they are the most useless creatures on earth
>>525949700post example, some creative rock or metal shit
>>525950351>>525950722probably solved another one today but news hasn't broken yet. i feel sorry for terrence tao. he knows all he's going to be doing from now on is authenticating AI proofs
>>525951055 I used to make instrumental music on Udio but then they fucked over the creators by denying them rights to their generations which sucks because Udio V1 was really good at vintage instrumental music. This is probably my heaviest sounding rock songhttps://www.udio.com/songs/aDGJmyMdcmEx2CKhVh89yiI was more of a surf rock maker though.https://www.udio.com/songs/255f9G8onGrUkBwiroJDq8https://www.udio.com/songs/xa3kDwRnRGTgrecjFYy15w
>>525949599I made a ton of songs on SUNO for a playlist for Fallout76 the times are over when you have to listen to the same old 1950s songs over and over again
>>525952845>creators by denying them rights to their generations You won't get the rights to your slop you made by typing prompts into a machine?!?!?! Tragic.
>>525953321Indeed. I need the rights to my slop, I was making stock music for my projects.
>>525949599the useless clowns of society will have to find a real vocation. it would be a big win
>>525952845That black metal is boring as hell but the middle eastern surf rock is actually good I was surprised. Though its probably ripping off Dick Dale.
>>525949599My first single goes live on Sunday. This isn't it and I won't release it officially, but here, enjoy B.W.C. https://voca.ro/16FUS2GDq7pI
