its too far away to predict. right now the current hope is that we'll have small research outposts on the moon by 2040. i know elon is talking about ai manufacturing on the moon, but nobody knows why he thinks this. for sure spacex could send a starship with a mini manufacturing experiment to the moon in the near future, but thats not a practical business model at the moment.
