Recall that the top 1% of humanity has enough monetary resources to literally buy out over half the world's population. Also recall that some women lie (10% of all FBI investigated rape cases are false) and make up things that didn't happen for literally the most stupid reasons, and others embellish things or retroactively say they didn't give consent. To go after such people and wade through the nonsense to find the actual victims and actual offenders you need strategic patience and powerful backing.
