Twenty-nine-year-old Terry Nicholas Mitchell was arrested last week and booked into the Craighead County Jail on the class Y felony.>According to the probable cause affidavit from the Jonesboro Police Department, detectives met with the victim at the hospital who said she had been communicating with Mitchell for about three weeks after meeting him online.
