In an ideal world where Europe isn't "cucked" what are the steps to becoming a feared superpower?

My ideal version of Europe is wholesome and technologically advanced. They make do with the resources they have, and the only remaining conquests are spiritual and intellectual. Not so advanced that people don't have to work, but work is bountiful and rewarding. Immigration, abortion, etc., are all approached with measure and reason. That is, they are the exception, not the norm. Obviously jews would not exist as we currently understand them. If good jews exist, they would be swiftly and firmly divided from the rest.
Not being cucked is one of the only prerequisite.
