Even without prior experience in any kind of art it will take no more than a few weeks, a single week if they have lots of time. For the animation you could use the game engine if you with something like Godot or Unity, or likewise someone could learn to use DragonBones.

>>525997625Not going to make it for you but if you want the AI video use comfyUI with Wan Animate and the custom node by Kijai, you can feed in video sequences (canny, openpose) or just use careful text prompting. Use a cloud GPU since not bloody likely you have an A100 lying around. Don't use ComfyUI native nodes for WAN, they're convoluted.

Just depends on your rendering times and how much chopping you have to do or sandwiching between junk text. Vibevoice and Zonos have been solid go to's for a while
